Who gets the web channel free forever?

Public, nonprofit, and military schools and universities. During setup, we confirm the institution and an authorized contact. Membership in one of those categories is the basis for the offer.

Is this a seven-day trial?

No. This is free-forever web access for the three categories above. The standard trial for other institutions is a separate offer.

How do we get started?

Use our contact page to request free web activation and include your institution’s website. Our team will coordinate activation. Do not use the standard paid-trial checkout as a substitute for this request.

Do we need a credit card or paid upgrade?

No. Neither is required for free web access. Additional channels and custom services are optional.

Are phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email also free?

The free offer covers the web channel. Other channels are available as paid services and may involve provider costs. Discuss their setup and pricing separately.

Do we need to upload student records?

You can start with published institutional information. Connecting private records is a separate decision and integration, requiring the appropriate review and access controls.

What happens when a question needs a person?

Configure the topics and contacts for human handoff. Staff coverage depends on your service hours; an after-hours request does not mean a person is available immediately.

What should we know about usage, support, and multiple campuses?

Describe your expected traffic, content volume, and campus structure when requesting activation. Ask the team to confirm the deployment scope and support arrangements before going live. The offer is free forever; this page does not promise unlimited capacity or custom services.

Can an existing customer request free web access?

Yes, contact the team with your institution’s current account so it can review your public, nonprofit, or military status and the web channel on that account.

How do we subscribe or unsubscribe from the Brief?

Use Get the Brief to open our subscription page. Subscription requires email confirmation. Each edition includes an unsubscribe route. Reading the site or requesting the product does not itself subscribe you.
